Tax-Deductible Donations
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donation via Valley Community Land Trust will be tax deductible, and 100% of your contribution will go toward this project.
Low Interest Loans
We’re seeking individuals to make low interest loans to support the project. You can choose the term, and know that you’re supporting a powerful cause.

Yes! All donations to this project can be tax deductible. Valley Community Land Trust (VCLT) is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization. Follow the link above to donate to this project via their Zeffy page.

All donations go to the direct costs of the project, not to any organizational overhead or staff time (we’re all volunteers!).
Direct costs include: acquisition costs (buying the land), repairs and renovations (the farmhouse needs some serious work), agricultural and energy infrastructure (greenhouse, solar panels), and subsidized housing construction.

Yes! We plan to have a number of work days on the land in 2027 to accelerate our repairs and clearing the land.
In Fall 2026 we plan to host a series of walks, bonfires, and rituals on the land so more people in our community can get to know the farm and begin to dream with us. Please reach out to landprojectma@gmail.com if you’re interested in joining us!

Yes. We’re particularly looking for skill tradespeople who’d be willing to donate time and labor to our renovation projects, or building material suppliers who’d be able to help us defray materials costs.
